When I was younger, I used to wonder how great civilizations of the past, like the ancient Greek, Roman, and Egyptian cultures, fell apart and were replaced by the Dark Ages.

    One of the factors that led to the fall of Rome was that they started to exclude people, close the borders. They became a great empire in the first place because they were inclusive. Sound familiar?
    I’m amazed how many people think “supply-side” is normal.
