    I know you include his stuff to balance them all out but the only bits I hear from him (and Bill Maher) are on here and both of them are — actually — pretty awful.

    I won’t disagree with the “pretty awful”, but every once in a while they come up with something good.

    It isn’t so much balance, but to get a handle on what “conventional wisdom” is thinking about politics. I think both Leno and Maher represent ignorant conventional wisdom (what people who aren’t really paying attention are thinking and think is funny).
