    If I’d seen this series of events in a movie, I would have dismissed it as a ridiculous caricature that some unimaginative screenwriter pumped out on a tight deadline.

    This reminds me, I read the other day that the Air Force, due to the sequester, is cutting Air Shows. Of all the things they could have cut, they cut the one thing that tends to pump a TON of money into the local economy.
