We’re still waiting to see Donald Trump’s tax returns so we can see how much he didn’t give to charity, because of all the money he claims to have, but doesn’t.

But the big question is, could Trump actually hide a quarter? After all, he has really small hands.

You’ve got to hand it to Trump for slowly destroying Fox though. Not sure whether ratings are actually lower but Fox created the monster that has probably begun its self-destruction.

For someone who has no chance of winning, you do seem to give too much coverage (last 5 consecutive articles) to Donald Trump. It’s not that what you are pointing to about Donald is wrong, these are well established facts that he is an asshole. And I know personally for Muslims, life will become terrible here if he gets elected, as we already seeing rising violence against Muslims across the USA (a muslim doctor shot outside of mosque few days ago in Houston, some teenagers were beaten in NJ I think etc). But I am pretty confident looking at facts that he has pissed off every demographic except white male not part of republican establishment, abysmal polls in swing states, that he has no chance of winning.

As a white male, I’m pissed. The fact that he’s running for president of our country is an insult.

And I don’t have to hand him anything, Jonah. If I did, he’d probably drop it with those small hands.

    ba-da-boom! 🙂

Hassan, anything is possible. As the headlines are announcing, Trump just raised $55 million in the month of June alone. The danger still exists. Just the fact that people are willing to throw that much money at a corrupt billionaire is bad news.

But I’m not just afraid of Trump, I’m afraid of what he represents in American politics: racism, sexism, anger, fear mongering, greed, corruption, and so on. To me, he must not be just defeated, his brand of politics must be stamped out until the last ember is extinguished.

But I get it — constant attacks on Trump are getting tiresome. Even I’m tired of it. That’s why I’m trying to put in more humor (it seems like it has been a pretty humorless election so far). I’ll try to do better on that.

Of course, if Trump manages to destroy Fox News, that would be good news. Fox News gave birth to the Trump phenomenon, and you can’t prevent another Trump without removing the causes. If Trump becomes the agent of that, the irony would be delicious.

That’s the thing that terrifies me. Even if Trump suffers a catastrophic defeat and pulls in 35% of the vote, that still means that 35% of the country thinks like him. This election has exposed a dark side of the American people.

Iron Knee, Trump is symptom of larger problem. Just few days ago another black man was shot to death by police. If Trump loses (which he will), I do not think these problems will go away.

Hassen, how does one eat an elephant.
One bite at a time, one must take baby steps before he or she can run a marathon. And the human race is still learning to crawl, we have a long way to go but we will get there, eventually.

To Dave, TN. We are animals. We respond with animal behavior. In Nazi Germany, Jews and Christians were friends, classmates, playmates, etc. One man changed all that. We are now supposed to hate a man who had no choice in the color of his skin, held down a job for 16 years out of high school. Had a broken tail light. Was pulled over. Told the Asian cop (ironic that) that he had license to carry a gun and was reaching in his pocket for his car license. That is all on the video. When other officers arrived on the scene, they comforted the first officer instead of tending to the black man who was still alive. And put the girlfriend in cuffs for being the car with a black man. Yes, Trump is just going to escalate that. No baby steps there.

Ebdoug, two steps forward, four steps backward. Not exactly what one would call progress. It appears just when you think we are making progress we regress as a society. There is most definitely something wrong in some of America’s police forces and not unlike alcoholics they are having trouble admitting they have a problem. In order to solve a problem you must first admit to having a problem, the Police Force in some of these cities must address this festering issue before the cancer eats us all.
