It’s political posturing. It’s not going to happen.
My guess is they’ll bring it up for vote within 2 weeks of the freshman being sworn in. They’ll have to try and look convincing to their repeal constituents, however they know at least for the next 2 years its impossible to repeal. Perhaps they’ll offer some amendments to fix what they see as problematic. The only real damage they might possibly be able to do to HCR is not funding any parts that need such at this time. My best guess is once the repeal fails in either te Senate or Oval Office, they’ll attempt to bargain with it. It should be entertaining no matter what.
