I see it pretty much as a harbinger of doom for the inbred Republicans.
Not as long as the ignorant are being brainwashed by Fox News. Remember the 97% who supported the invasion of Iraq where Baby Bush continues to notch up deaths daily because he wanted a war?
97% of this country would not listen to the results of the study on WMDs in Iraq. They fell to the brainwashing (I’d say television but the Germans fell to the brainwashing through the 1930s) The educated 3% did not.)
No… Insanity is doing something over and over again and expecting DIFFERENT results. The GOP knows it can continue to safely vote to repeal Obamacare at least right up until the end of the Obama presidency. If a Republican is elected in 2016, then look for those votes to stop because the repercussions of successfully repealing the ACA would be disastrous for the members of Congress who voted MEANINGFULLY to repeal.
It’s fine, for as long as it is only symbolic.
John, you seem to be implying that winning the White House would actually be a problem for the Republicans. They would have to repeal the ACA, figure out what to replace it with, or eat crow.
