Last night, Donald Trump announced that his wife Melania will hold a press conference sometime “over the next couple of weeks” to address allegations that she violated US immigration laws by working illegally in the US.
Who is willing to bet that no such news conference will actually happen, and that Trump is just trying to get the story out of the news cycle? After all, he is doing the same thing about plenty of other allegations.

In Trump’s now-famous “2nd Amendment people” speech, he also talked about how awful it is about France, Paris especially… How his friends, who used to travel to Paris all the time to shop, are now afraid to travel there because of all the violence that has taken place.
Travelling to Paris to shop is yet another example of Trump and friends not living on the same planet as the rest of us, and not having the same rules. About immigration or otherwise.
Laws are not applied (or at least enforced) in the same way to the 1%, as to the rest of us.
