The Orange biggest liar in 200 years said what?
He’s the best, hands down. Had an excellent interview with Liz Cheney that night, friendly banter back and forth in between issues. Having Dick as her father is biology but he apparently taught her well growing up, as her 90+% voting record for Orange Jesus at the time attests.
The alarm bells she and others on the sensible right are ringing are welcome, of course, and her service on the J6 committee was commendable. Thinking of reading her book. She’s rather late to the table, however, but at least she’s at the table in full-throated support of the Constitution and democracy over Trumpocracy (I just made that one up but probably not the first). Anyway, whether it’s enough to stop the insanity is yet to be seen. Either way, as some movie star once said, “It’s going to be a bumpy ride”.
