The insanity that will erupt by giving a fertalized eggs the rights of a full-born American are astounding. There are so many questions that have not been answered. The part that really concerns me though is that, when Democrats in the states where personhood bills passed tried to add limits to the interpretation of the legislation, those provisions were shot down. The GOPers claimed they didn’t want the law interpreted in such a way that would limit a woman’s rights to an abortion, but they struck down a provision that would have made that limit part of the law.
